What should we do if our machine has no power?
First, check if the outlet your machine is plugged into is working. If not, try plugging the machine into a different, active outlet to see if it powers on. If the machine still doesn’t work when connected to a functioning outlet, contact us, and we’ll send a technician to your location.
What does it mean if the filter lights illuminate?
When the filter lights illuminate, it means your system’s filters are nearing the end of their life, based on the gallon reading. Your water is still safe to drink, but the lights signal that it’s time for a filter change. Note when the lights come on and contact us. We will promptly send a technician to replace your filters.
What should we do if the water cooler is not dispensing cold water?
Make sure the water cooler is securely plugged in. A loose connection or unplugged cord can prevent the system from working. Check the switches on the back of the cooler to ensure they are set correctly.
If nothing works, try resetting the power to the water cooler to see if that resolves the issue.
What should we do if our hot water stopped working?
Check the hot water switch located on the back of your machine. If the switch is off, turn it on. You should have hot water within 10-15 minutes. However, if hot water still isn’t available, try toggling the switch off and on again.
