Please read the following return policy for our items before purchasing.


Returns must have original packing material for credit or refund. Larger copiers, MFPs, and production printers are non-returnable, as well as other products.

The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee if, in any event, that Tangerine Office Machine approves a return request. The customer will also be responsible for shipping both ways.

If the product was shipped free, the customer would be charged for the shipping should the item be returned. Tangerine Office Machines will not accept any return requests after 15 days from the purchase date.

Call us for exact details on the item you are ordering and if it is eligible for returns.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer. Return Authorization numbers are also required on all returns.


Remanufactured and compatible toners, except for OEM items, may be eligible for return (subject to review). The return request must be made within 10 days of product receipt.

The product must be in its unopened original packaging.

If the return request is approved, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product.

The customer must ensure that the product is well-protected during shipping. Please keep in mind that Tangerine Office Machines will not accept any damaged products for return.


Tangerine Office Machines offers a warranty covering labor and parts for 30 days from their purchase date.

This warranty does not cover parts due to the usual wear-and-tear, such as feed rollers, pick-up rollers, fuser assembly, and other supplies.

Our warranty program also does not cover any networking issues.

We also recommend to our customers that all supplies and consumables be purchased from Tangerine Office Machines to ensure the machine’s optimum performance.
