  • When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

  • How do I return an item?

Equipment returns must have original packing material for credit or refund. Larger, console type copiers, segment 2 and above copiers & MFPs are non-returnable, as well as other products. In the event that we will accept a return, we will charge a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Should shipping have been waived/free when a product was sent to the customer, shipping will be charged should the item be returned. No returns after 15 days from purchase date. Call us to get exact details on the item you are ordering if it is eligible for returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer. Return Authorization numbers are required on all returns.

OEM toners and other consumables are NOT eligible for return.

Remanufactured / compatible toners and other consumables may be eligible for return, subject to review. Return request must be made within 10 days of product receipt. Product must be in unopened original packaging. In the event that a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus any shipping charges from when the order was sent. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the product. Customer must ensure the product is well protected during shipping. Damaged product will not be accepted for return.
